Thank you for your feedback. The booking information does mention the track:
Access to the cottage is on roads and 1/4 mile on an unmade dirt track that can be difficult to negotiate, particularly in poor weather and winter or be problematic for low slung cars. In periods of very bad weather we may not be able to prepare the cottage for your stay.
