Dear Sir,
I am very sorry that you felt our service was poor. We most definitely should have informed you of the broken tile, it should not have been up to you to point it out to us. Unfortunately it is possible to break tiles without realising, on occasion even I myself have been guilty of that! In this incident the same was true of our two operatives. Neither of them were aware that any tiles had been broken, had they noticed they most certainly would have informed you. I am pleased to see that despite this they did return within two days of the incident to replace the tile. I am also pleased that you were able to tell Theresa that you were happy with the efficiency of the replacement.
I sincerely hope that in spite of this you would still be happy to use our services again.
