Quick and easy website. Delivery was fast which was brilliant as we had just moved house and urgently needed a new bed!

I ordered my bed on the 28th june. when i unpacked it a vital part was missing so I could not erect it. They appologised and sent the part within 3 days but it was the wrong size. i have rung 4...

Thank you for your review and I am sorry for this. I can see we requested the part but was unaware that this happened. I am pleased the issue is sorted now and looking into this further can see a second part was sent but the courier seemed to have lost it.
