Thank you for your review and bringing this to my attention. We call and book the delivery in the day before to save a wasted trip and then the driver calls an hour before delivery so I will look into this and see firstly why this did not happen and also why it was just left.I am pleased that you are happy with the bed but disappointed with the delivery situation.

Thank you for your review. As discussed on the phone due to your location we had to dispatch this via a courier service. I have contacted the couriers and they did advise that they were happy to re deliver on another day or leave it safe. I am not sure if they are telling the truth but do apologise for this as it is not our standard procedure.
