Very restrictive on cruise options so disappointing in that respect. Could have had far more options booking direct wiith cruise lines

Once we had paid they showed a lack of interest and became unhelpful.
We will recommend that people avoid this company and personally not use them again.
The first time I called I left disappointed, but I thought I would try again. The next time I was pleasantly surprised. Last very helpful as I didn't know how to use the system.

We are always trying to negotiate the best rates for our customers, however sometimes the cruise companies put out deals that are out of our control, that cannot be used in conjunction with our 241 deals. This occurrence is very unusual however. Our exclusive rates are always changing with new cruises being added on a daily basis.
