I had trouble getting a return call for an initial enquiry but it turned out the agent was ill and then it was passed over to another agent who was very thorough and was able to follow up my enquiry...

Thank you for your feedback. The 241 price is not available to be booked via a retail travel agent. Our prices are based on 2 people travelling, whereas the agent rate is typically just 1 passenger. Sometimes a cruise line may release a public 241 rate but this is very sporadic and not available on a wide range of cruise lines.

The people who served me were awesome and dos everything they could to try and help
It is very hard to get a cruise you want, (when you can't get holidays approved from work until 6 months before you take them) as there is little if any available that fits in.

We strive to offer the best deals on our 241 program, due to cruise line constraints not all cruises will be available on the 241 program, however availability is changing & new cruises are being added on a regular basis. If we cannot find the cruise on our 241 program for the dates you require we can offer preferred member rates. These rates should guarantee we offer better value than any competitors. The staff we spoke with were very polite,knowledgable,and considerate..They were prompt with follow up and went beyond their normal boundaries.
