Jane was a star as when 3 rooms were not available on our preferred dates. Jane went out of her way to meet our needs contacting the resort to set us up.
This was in contrast to Sam our 1st contact...

Yes, I would buy from them again. They were very helpful and went out of their way to find us a perfect holiday.

Slow response to request
We got a very good deal of meals, flights and accommodation but it took a long time such as over a week for us to find out if we had the booking. It seemed that the resort was not responding to the...
