Helpful and knowledgeable
Very helpful phone staff; very knowledgeable about the destinations. Very easy to deal with. Holiday itself went very smoothly and was relaxing and enjoyable.

Great people to deal with.
Staff I spoke to or emailed were helpful and made arranging a holiday very easy. All items on scheduled itinerary were were confirmed and worked seamlessly. Would deal with them again.
