Overall Great but,
Everything was excellent except our transfer did not show up on our arrival, we eventually made contact with the driver and finally got our resort 3 hours later!

Don't look to them for help.
Our last trip to Bali was marred by the volcano erupting. We tried in vain to contact MyBali to seek assistance but received no response at all. Reluctant to use your services again,

Outside of office hours our phones forward to an emergency phone for situations such as this which is manned 24-hours a day. My Bali - Weston Nusa Dua
We cannot fault My Bali. Excellent reception at the airport and transport to hotel. The hotel experience (Weston, Nusa Dua) was wonderful and the food/drink concession made the holiday great value.
