I have just looked into this for you sir and it shows that your package arrived in the US on the 30/03 - which is crazy 1 day after shipping! The parcel then had to go through customs due to it being an international item. I am very pleased to tell you that it cleared customs as it should. It has been waiting for you since 02/04 in customs for a fee. I am sorry if UPS have not contacted you about this. All the information you need to complete this should be in your inbox. :)
Het spijt me dat u niet op de hoogte was van mogelijke invoerrechten. Helaas zijn er sinds de Brexit potentiële kosten verbonden aan het verzenden van UK-EU en EU-UK. Als het echter een troost is, betaalt u ook geen UK VAT meer op het moment van aankoop en hierdoor was uw bestelling 20 euro goedkoper dan vóór de Brexit. Ik weet dat het nog steeds niet de beste situatie is die 6 euro meer kost, maar het zijn in ieder geval niet alle 26 :)
Service is great, support is patient & responsive, would give 5 stars except that there aren't enough deals and the prices are still too high for the chemical cocktails that they are.
