Very good rates and excellent Customer Service.
I chose this insurer because their rates were the best around. I have not had any experience of making a claim and I hope I don't have to. I did have a couple of queries and their Customer Service...

Easy to purchase
Easy to buy the policy & good premium price. I awarded 3 stars as I haven't claimed (hopefully never have to!) so can only give a rating for the purchasing process (which was quick and easy) Weird...

Fast and reliable information
Really easy to use, paperwork sent straight away, everything explained in details, informed very quickly for premium payment. Really happy my device is now protected .
