We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the standard of the vacation home that you stayed in on this occasion. Particularly as you are a regular returning customer and we do value your loyalty and custom. We will be forwarding all of your comments onto the home owner so that they may remedy the issues that you have mentioned. We do hope that you continue to use our services and look forward to seeing you again in the future.

We were sorry to hear that there appears to have been some confusion over our check-in process. When you placed your booking you selected our Express Check-In Service which allows you to go directly to the vacation home with no need to visit our Office. This was the reason why there was no package left for you in our Office lock box. We emailed you on January 25th the address, directions and code for the lock on the home allowing you instant access.

It was unfortunate that you didn't contact us during your stay regarding the home issues that you have detailed in your review. We would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss them with you and to have resolved the issues. We were surprised by your comments regarding the poolside chairs as brand new patio furniture was delivered prior to your arrival. The stove knob was reported broken by a previous guest and a replacement part was immediately ordered, however, we are sorry that it didn't arrive in time for your stay.

We are pleased to have had you stay with us on so many occasions and hope that you will still consider us in the future for your vacation needs.

We are pleased that you found our check-in procedures smooth and easy, we do endeavour to make the process as efficient as possible so that you can get on with enjoying your vacation. We do have procedures in place to notify us of any issues with our vacation homes. Matters of an urgent nature can be reported via phone to a designated emergency phone number. Other non-urgent matters can either be communicated via phone or email to our Office. We have noted your comments regarding the dryer in the home and a member of our Maintenance Team will be attending the home to remedy the matter. We are glad that you had an enjoyable stay and hope that you will consider us for your vacation needs in the future.
