Thanks for the 5 star review Russell we appreciate it. The time difference you mention can delay things a little, the major advantage however being, we are a Chamonix based company in the heart of the French Alps, been here for many years, in touching distance of those trails you'll be trekking on. Nothing beats local knowledge in our humble opinion. It can take a little time to firm up accommodation reservations and finalise an itinerary and all that's included in that, with any extras e.g. bag transfers etc. It also adds a little time if you have chosen an extremely popular trek start date, to track down available accommodation that we are comfortable with and have personally vetted. It's so important to us to have a clear audit to avoid any issues whilst you are trekking, it's a thorough process for sure. We look forward to welcoming you in September and we wish you an amazing trekking experience.
