This well organised trek gave us a trip of a lifetime.

Prompt service and everything delivered as promised. No communication when we arrived in chamonix before trek was disappointing.

For our self guided clients who have chosen to self navigate, the detailed pre-arrival travel / trek pack has everything (and much more) needed to be self sufficient. That said, we appreciate some clients may need to meet with us, and we provide a pre-trek briefing service on request, and that's mentioned in your pre arrival pack and on the MBT website. I understand all the technical aspects that you mention and we are fine with that. It was great. We did not need to meet with you. You are missing the point. you are dealing with humans who are about to embark into a big trek and although excited there is some anxiousness. It would be nice to get an email from the company welcoming us to Chamonix, asking if everything is in order, and if any late questions please contact them. Also reassurance that the company is only a phone call away during the trek. No communication felt like MBT had moved on! We were not the only trekkers who mentioned this. Cheers

It was at Aroloa. I remember Gary saying the hotel was not attended on Mondays Probably the baggage company couldn’t gain access
