Very helpful easy to talk to I've hade no problems at all with money way i was late by one day gave them a call allsorted payed 1 day late my bad but it was all good

After reviewing the agreement, it looks like you will have received a Final Response Letter from us after the completion of our investigation into your complaint.
The Final Response Letter advises that you also have the right to raise this with the Financial Ombudsman Service (www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk).
