Good product with speedy service

Ordered a Milwaukee 18v impact driver one key, said I'd get next day delivery but it was a no show. Once I finally got hold of someone to talk to they said they would find out and ring me back, well...

excellent products, good prices and extremely quick delivery.

Was given a delivery date it came and went still hasn't arrived. Emailed but never got a reply back. Very disappointed.

Perfect My order came 2 says after I ordered and one of those days was a bank holiday! It was also it perfect condition and exactly what I ordered.

The reason I am giving 4 stars is that the site was straight forward and very easy to use and the product I brought, I am very satisfied with it.

The product is exceptional however the service not so good. I ordered the packout unit of 3 cases plus wheels, paid £15 to deliver on Saturday they delivered on Tuesday when I wasn't home. I then...
