thank you for the overall positive feedback. First, apologies for the fact that the original order was delayed by a week. While the Web site initially showed a positive stock the item had gone by the time it was picked. This can happen in rare instances when stock is very low. We are trying to address the single item and low value charge for shipping. We also take note of your other comment.
