Thank you for your feedback - it does however differ from the branches -She wasn’t promised this, we told her we had asked the vendors numerous times to make sure it was cleared. On completion it hadn’t been done, we told Mrs. Fisher she needed to pursue this through solicitors as there was nothing we can do. She wanted us to go and clear it, advised this wasn’t something we can do.

Very courteous, efficient and accessible.
very courteous and accessible. Kept me up to date with everything going on even through lockdown they rang me with updates. Were there to advise at every step of the process.
