Thank-you for the feedback, and I’m very sorry that you had an issue with your order. As chain-link is a woven product, it is possible for some of the vertical wires at the top and bottom to twist out of position slightly during transit. As set out in our installation booklet, where this occurs the wires should be twisted back into position as you unroll the chain-link along the supporting line wire to avoid tangling when tensioning the fencing.
