Manufactures do lower prices on occasion BUT we price protected you and refunded the difference. As far as manuals are concerned. None of the manufactures provide paper manuals any more and haven't done so for several year. However, all manuals are available on line.

I needed a radio interface urgently so phoned & spoke to Lawrence. Although not in stock he spoke to Micro avionics & had the item sent direct to me by the following day.
Excellent service.
We send out thousands of parcels with Parcel Force. Very occasionally we have issues as we would with any couriers carrying our goods. Sorry you had an issue with Parcel Force.

Places order on 22 April and received confirmation email. Nothing received by 28th April so emailed. No response. Still nothing received by 3rd May. Status online is "payment has been received"

I am sorry but we did not receive any email from you on April 28th. On checking our recorded delivery receipt we see that in fact the GPS was delivered and signed for on Saturday the 4th of May. The item was dispatched by us the day after you placed the order - on the 23rd of April. You placed the order at 8pm on the 22nd. We are trying to find out from the post office why it took so long to deliver to you. We apologise for the late delivery but this was due to the post office. We hope you like the product and will agree that the delay was not down to us.
