Delivery attempt in less than 24 hours. New post office branch in W H SMITH had untrained staff. Boxes piled up with possibility of damage to fragile goods.

Emergency equipment is difficult to test. Specifications are what I need.

I was happy that you offer delivery of emergency equipment outside of the UK. Other suppliers don´t do that. The cost is not low but understandably so.

Not had a chance to try in aeroplane yet, but seem well constructed and capable of doing the job
