Paul was a fabulous fun and informative host and we were able to experience new flavours and gain further understanding of how well top-notch chocolate and tequilla enhance each other.

A fantastic couple of hours with a small group (there were 7 in total) learning about cocoa and how chocolate is made plus lots of tasting of chocolate. Then we had fun making our own chocolate bars....
