Hello Annie, Thank you for your feedback, hearing of your experience is always the best way that we can improve our services. We are sorry that we woke you, we apologized at the time and also in our follow up email. Being sensitive to time zones was a discussion that we have had with your patient care representative. We do show that we also followed up to your reply (you may want to check your spam box). We do want to help you. We have asked you to fill our our confidential Medical History form and to submit photos. Without those items the surgeons are unable to address your case. We do hope that we did not miss the opportunity to help you. Again, thank you very much for your feedback it has helped us help others better.

We are sorry to hear that you are displeased with your experience with us, We do ensure that we take the proper amount of time to get you the best detailed quotes that are most suited for you and match the quality, thus it does require a little more time as we do have to reach out to the Doctor and have him evaluate your situation.  When getting medical care it is best to always get a quote that is tailored to you and your needs, so there is always going to be a fluctuation between prices and patients. L​et me extend our sincerest apologizes for your dissatisfaction, I did take a moment to read over the correspondences between you and our Medical Departures team, It seems they did offer you quotes and different options for medical treatment in Bangkok, I did see it did take a clinic a little longer to send a quote but I did see our agent reached out to you in regards of looking at different clinics in the mean time. Once the quote was sent to you, you stated it was too pricey at the moment but you did want to save up and come back next year because you wanted to save and pay for the best surgeon in the best hospital. Now we do understand the frustration of having to wait so we are sorry for that, but we do our best in seeking all options for you because we care about you and your medical needs, which should never be rushed.

My apologizes about your experience, I did go and check to see if our customer care team sent you some emails, and it looks like they tried to reach out to you 5 times. Sometimes emails can be tricky and go to junk or spam folders.
