It was a good quick service.

Customer Service Team were excellent in trying to recover my lost order from Evri. However, they had to consider the order doomed lost and gave me a full refund! Thank-you M&Co but not Evri!!

The parcel arrived promptly. I have only just returned it so cannot say how long I had to wait for a refund.

Unaware before purchase that it would be so difficult to return (no local stores) without paying £5 for postage (even though delivery was 'only' £2.99). Wouldn't have purchased if had known.
