Great service

Easy ordering

I received it on time.

No reply to my email ..… says it all. No customer service! Faulty garment had to return but then still had to pay £5 to return it….. not my fault their quality check was not done.

Item was quickly despatched and delivered but the returns process has been extremely poor. M&Co should ensure that the couriers offered actually collect the items.

Not impressed having to chase an out of stock item with no notification from M&CO about this, or that I would receive a refund. They wouldn't send me an alternative in return, only trying to get me...
