Sorry you felt our packaging was densely plastic, was it the protective bubble-envelope you had concerns about? It is always tricky as, you will appreciate, if an item is damaged in transit we then have to send another which is often an even larger waste. As a stationery brand, with paper-based products, we do always consider our environmental impact, hence why we have an environmental policy and have our waste taken away for recycling.
