Subject to the somewhat patronising and silly notices. I would recommend rewording them for adults as they read like they're aimed at pre-teens.

Gorgeous cottage, spotless and very homely. Beautiful area, very peaceful with a quaint church just 200 yards away, well worth a visit, especially to see the residing bats!

A dream property - garden nd location is something special. Internal decor is comfortable without being so luxurious as to worry about the sand and the kids and dog etc! All in all just perfect
