Steve from Markel Direct here - first of all, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.

I tried calling you yesterday but unfortunately wasn't able to get through. I wanted to thank you for your comments as they show us where we (or in this case, Premium Credit Limited) need to improve. I see that you have now signed the agreement and the interest-free instalments are in force, but I will ensure your comments are taken into account with a view to improving the system.
