Fantastic Service

Knowledge of products were great. There was no forced sale. Which I felt made me buy into the products more. Customer service was exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

Quick, professional service

Quick response to queries. Great to have a real person to discuss things with. Often insurance is not a one size fits all and the rep was very knowledgeable and helpful

If The direct debit option had been working I'd have given 5 stars. Convenience Of online system without interview, for known risks of less well known professions.
