Good service but I did not receive a reply to one email to customer service and had to resort to a phone call. The response to this was immedisate and was very helpful.

What a rubbish way to treat your customers

Quite simply don’t involve me with a credit firm for a poultry sum of about 80 quid… I wanted to pay for my policy and that was that… you won’t be getting any money from me now… even the 25 quid you...
