Very pleasant staff and airline crew, they were all most helpful as my wife was in a wheelchair and received excellent help both at arrival in IOM and at departure.

Very happy with the way my booking was dealt with. I prefer dealing with people than on line, where you can get a feel for how customers will be dealt with during their journey.
