We find it difficult to reach anyone by telephone, and wait for delayed responses from sales@ and accounts@ email addresses. In recent months there are have been lots of errors with deliveries.
Manupak are very good on price and product, and can usually deliver within a week, which is fabulous.
The staff that i have dealt with are very friendly, and try to help in any way.
