There was an issue with our booking reference not being on their system but this was soon sorted. I would like to ask how this happened as I booked direct via the Manchester Airport website? Thanks
We waited 15 minutesfor the car to arrive when we were leaving, and 30 minutes when we waited on our return, we will not use this company again!
