Dear Mrs Lyall
Thank you for sharing your feedback on your recent trip to Mauritius staying at the One&Only Le St Geran. I'm truly sorry to hear that your stay at the One&Only Le St Geran did not meet your expectations. We understand how important comfort and quality are, especially when traveling, and it’s disappointing to know that this experience fell short.
Please know that we take your concerns seriously. We work hard to recommend accommodations that align with our clients’ preferences, and your feedback helps us improve. I’ve already shared your comments with our hotel partner to ensure they’re aware of the issues you encountered.
If you’re open to it, we’d love the opportunity to make this right. Whether it’s assisting with a future booking, offering a gesture of goodwill, or simply ensuring your next experience is seamless, we’re here to help.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we hope to restore your confidence in our service.
