I think his name was Andrew and he was awesome. Kept me updated on the progress even though the fan was recalled... he helped me source another and was very helpful. I just can't seem to get the fan...

Excellent quality and service
Excellent service, product arrived earlier than expected and was easy to track. Arrived well packed and excellent condition . Would definitely recommend them.

Hi Simon, we do apologise for the slight delay and the inconvenience it has caused. However, as you have acknowledged due to the incredibly tight time frame provided we are only able to give a rough ETA at the time of purchase. We can never make guarantees as to when an order will be received despite trying to dispatch as soon as possible, especially as this is our busiest time of year. This is why we generally advise our clients to wait until they have received all the products needed before booking in an electrician. We do also apologise for not meeting the ETA provided on purchase and will strive to do so in future.
