Hi Jannike, Thank you for your lovely review. We do try to have a nice exchange with our customers and hopefully it does give the impression that we are a nice friendly company, which we really are! I have been running Luggage Transfers now for 10 years after starting the business with my son and one of his colleagues. It has been particularly important to me that we are professional from the very first contact to the last transfer of a walkers holiday. I pride myself on training my "relief" staff who come in to cover the evenings and weekends to a good standard and expect then to be as happy in their job as I am. I do hope this comes over! I am pleased too that our drivers have done their job too, they are all a good bunch and return year after year to carry out luggage transfers for our walkers.
