Hi Victor, Thank you very much for your kind review! I am really pleased that you found us all friendly and helpful.. we certainly try to be!Our Thank you note on the last day is something I introduced when we first started 10 years ago... I think it is a nice personal touch and shows our walkers that we really do appreciate their custom and we wish them a safe journey home. I know one walker who told us they were staying at somewhere special the last night as it was his wife's birthday.. so our driver left a note wishing her a Happy Birthday on the last day. I was told when they returned home that she put the Thank you note up on the mantelpiece with the rest of her birthday cards! Its those little gestures that mean a lot!
