Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your lovely review! I am really pleased that you were happy with the service we provided for you on your recent walk from Bude to Penzance. We do try to be a friendly helpful company and sometimes there's nothing better than a voice at the end of a phone... although we do process a lot of our bookings totally online should our customers prefer that. In this day and age lets face it most things are done online! We are now in our 10th year and I have watched the company grow each year whilst I have been managing it. I can honestly say I really enjoy my job. We move on average about 10,000 bags a month in the season! We have a team of fantastic drivers, many of whom are with us year after year... I mean.. what's not to like about driving around this beautiful coast each day?! We look forward to seeing you again when you are ready to tackle another part of the path. Sue Mitchell.
