Hi Jessica, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent walk with us between Newquay and Bournemouth. We are always disappointed when any of our customers are anything less than happy with the service we offer. We never trap anyone with our pricing, providing you with a cost upon request before any bags are moved, and can recall our phone conversation when we provided you with clarity on our pricing structure. Unlike other routes in the UK, which operate with a couple of vehicles covering the entire route, we have to operate with a large network of drivers to cover all 630 miles of the South West Coast Path along with the other internal routes in the region. Our drivers operate in sections along the path, that mirror most of the transfers we receive. Having reviewed your booking, out of 17 transfers, only 1 of these journeys would be considered by most as a standard walking day on the South West Coast Path. The other 16 days covered distances of between 18 and 40 miles along the path and therefore were priced individually. We’re sorry if you felt this was in any way misleading.
