The driver was a safe pair of hands, but the coach was cold and did not warm up for the one and a half hours we were on it from 8am on a cold October morning.
We used Lucketts Coaches for a WI Outing to Kensington Palace, the coach arrived on time and the driver was very friendly and courteous. Will most certainly use them again
