Hello, thank you for your comments, just to confirm that all chains and necklaces lengths do include the clasp, and unfortunately we are not able to make a bracelet bigger which is why my colleague kindly advised that a local jeweller should be able to do this for you. However, if you could please email a photo of the ID plate to info@lovesilver.com with your order number as I would like to see for myself the issue.
