Lotus Weight Loss Clinic คำวิจารณ์

Hi Susan, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read that you have been left feeling this way about your experience. I have reviewed your order and can confirm that your medication was not dispatched as your prescription could not be clinically approved at the time. As part of our prescribing process, we are required to complete safety and verification checks before any treatment can be issued. This includes reviewing previous treatment history and ensuring the requested dose is appropriate. We did contact you to request further information so that our clinical team could proceed safely. As this information was not received, the order remained on hold and was later cancelled. I can confirm that a full refund was issued back to your original payment method following the cancellation, so you were not charged for any medication. If you would like us to review your eligibility again, you are very welcome to contact the Patient Support Team and we will be happy to guide you through the next steps. Kind regards, James Patient Support Team
