Look Property is a very trustful agency. They are very helpful and play by the rules, which is quite rare. I dealt with Terry and Scontella and both are friendly, fair and efficient.

Very organised and extremely helpful
Good service and good understanding of the property. Happy to help at all times and provided a welcome basket when moving in, which was a very nice gesture.

Thank you for your feedback Maria, we take any opinions or criticism be it constructive or otherwise seriously as we do strive to give a very good standard of service.
Syed has been with our company for nearly 20 years and is a great salesman. Once the sale/deal is done most items are dealt with by our administration team which is why you dealt with Scontella, (thank you for the great review for her).
Not all salesmen are good at admin by their very nature but I have looked through Syed's reply's to emails you sent him and all bar one was done on the same day.
With regards to the delay in the return of your deposit the time frame stated is 10 working days. I understand that your deposit return was one day over this and the reason being was that the inventory check out stated various areas of 'tenant responsibility'. Because of this Syed took it upon himself to re inspect the property and suggested that no deduction should be made as any marks that had been stated as your responsibility were fair wear and tear. This resulted in you getting your FULL deposit back albeit 1 day over the 10 working day prescribed time frame. I hope that you appreciate he was working on your behalf with this.
I hope that this explains the situation as I certainly would class Syed as a very key and professional member of our staff.
