We’re very sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with Long Tall Sally. We understand how frustrating it must be to incur unexpected return costs and then have to wait for your refund. We can see that your return was sent by you on 02/10/2026. As your parcel is being returned to our UK warehouse, we kindly ask that you allow up to 28 days for your return to arrive and for your refund to be processed and issued.
