I just truly, always wish there was a physical shop selling LTS instead of us tall girls having to shop online, pay delivery, then sort returns, instead of being able to try on and make decisions...

Poor return policy. No exchanges

Awful customer service. Initially refused to refund a delivery fee and then eventually did as a good will gesture when pushed - despite it being against the law to refuse.

The products are packed and delivered in a timely manner.

Quick delivery and returns

Please reduce the shipping cost to the USA and try to do a deal for free shipping and free returns, something like what ASOS has for customers.
