Cost far too much to return. It's a loss. Never have my size in stock. I wanted a long womens robe with matching pjs which you no longer carry. Wanted a long robe....... none in my size again. No...

Unfortunately being tall means most clothes have to be bought on line and paying for delivery/returns is expensive especially if you dont keep them so you're paying just to see it and try it on

Ridiculous return policy. Terrible cheap products and priced way too high!

Still haven't received my parcel and the only message received from Long Tall Sally was to say that they won't do anything due to it being a delivery issue. They took my money though.

The delivery really took forever to receive

kept informed and speedy delivery , can't fault it
