We’re very sorry that you received the wrong sizes on two occasions and that your experience when contacting us was disappointing. We understand how frustrating it must be to pay $22 in return shipping when the error was not yours. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ll share your comments with the relevant team to help improve our service.

We’re sincerely sorry that you were charged for an item you never received and that your email went unanswered. We understand how disappointing this must be, especially as a long-standing customer. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for your lovely feedback! We’re glad we could process your refund quickly and promptly. We really appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. 😊
