Exact same shape as OEM Focus Mk3 RS mats. Sold around 400+ sets without a single issue, so buyer has either purchased the wrong set or is fitting them incorrectly. Either way, we did not receive a single email from the buyer advising that there was an issue, so how are we supposed to resolve any problems? We do need to be informed for us to do anything to help.

"Took a while to arrive" Having checked this, the mats were dispatched within 3 working days, as advertised, and delivered the day after dispatch despite the buyer only selecting 48 hour delivery (so 1 day ahead of schedule). All initial emails were answered swiftly, and in a courteous manner. I am not sure why the buyer has suggested we were rude, but the correspondence clearly shows we were not. The buyer then began to request compensation for an item which they had admittedly damaged themselves. However, we obviously cannot reimburse buyers for items that have not been returned to us, and that they have damaged themselves, thus rendering them unfit for re-sale.
