We were not pleased that the talking watch talked in an American accent. Although it was delivered the next day this was a disappointment. Someone with dementia needs the voice in their own language...

Really poor service. Didn't receive my order, still waiting! Have emailed twice and received the standard email reply. Still blaming covid for poor service. Telephones STILL not working.
