Our 24-hour delivery service to Ireland is usually extremely reliable, but tracking shows that your parcel may have encountered a delay at the courier's main depot due to a slight address issue. As a result, it hasn’t yet left their facility.
We’ve reached out to you via email to confirm your delivery details before we arrange a resend. Please check your inbox and spam folder just in case. The original parcel will likely be returned to us as undelivered, but we don’t want to keep you waiting any longer, so we’re ready to send a replacement as soon as we have confirmation.
